Webinar Description:
The webinar will describe studies that address the critical role of electrostatic interactions between proteins and surface charges at solid-liquid interfaces. The webinar is focused on examples of protein-surface interactions related to fill-finish
operations for antibody formulations, but the topic will be generally applicable for a wide range of circumstances where container-protein inetractions may be important.
Speaker:
Ted Randolph, Ph.D.
Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering
University of Colorado, Boulder
Ted Randolph holds the Gillespie chaired professorship in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder. His research, which has been focused on protein formulation, has resulted in the publication
of over 225 peer-reviewed manuscripts. He is an inventor on 28 US patents, and is a founder of three start-up companies that have been spun out of the University of Colorado.
