At the core of CII, the production team drives the development of impactful conferences and symposia. The executive producers oversee the majority of these events, ensuring high-quality programming, strategic execution, and seamless delivery. Their expertise and commitment help advance scientific innovation, foster collaboration, and create valuable learning experiences across every project.
Edel O’Regan
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management
As of October 2025, Edel has taken on a new role as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management where she will continue to help grow the current portfolio and add new topics and content. Prior to that, as Vice President of Conference Production for CII, Edel oversaw the team who creates and manages the technical content for a wide portfolio of topics including, molecular diagnostics, IT, protein engineering, drug discovery, energy storage and digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and internet of things. With a PhD from University College Cork and background in biology and cancer research, she enjoys growing the CII portfolio in its core space serving biotech and pharma sectors and more recently exploring new topic areas like energy storage and AI. CII has been a dynamic and fun place to work for the past two decades, and she looks forward to what the future brings with the company.
Kaitlin Kelleher
Managing Director, Production
Kaitlin Kelleher oversees the Production Department, leading content, strategy, operations, and team development to deliver high-quality programs. With 15 years of experience in the events industry, including a strong foundation as a conference producer, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, driving process improvements, supporting growth, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Writing from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Christina Lingham
Executive Director, Conferences and Fellow
Graduating with a BA in biochemistry from Smith College, Christina originally worked at MIT and then a subsidiary of Baxter Healthcare and Genentech. In 1994, she made the switch to conference producer at CII and has spent the last 32 years building relationships, identifying innovative topics and trends, and fostering entrepreneurial enterprises coming out of academia and becoming mainstay products in industry. She is the founder and creator of the PEGS Boston and PEGS Europe Summits, as well as the Molecular Medicine Tri-conference, Next Generation Dx Summit, and BioLogic Summit. She has helped create more than 350 events hosted by CII. Christina has consistently discovered emerging topics and fostered them into multi-decade successes, including in the areas of phage display, mulitispecific antibodies, ADCs, molecular diagnostics, bioinformatics, point-of-care diagnostics, microfabrication, machine learning for protein engineering, digital pathology, and many more.
Julia Boguslavsky
Executive Director, Conferences
Since joining CII in 2001, Julia has produced hundreds of conferences, symposia and courses, focusing on all aspects of drug discovery and development, biomarker and diagnostic development, biotechnology and immuno-oncology. Julia’s events bring together a unique mix of industry and academia and aim to facilitate innovation, collaboration, and ultimately impact patient care. Prior to joining CII, Julia was an editor of Drug Discovery & Development magazine. Julia holds a B.S. in Biology from Brown University and M.S. in Biotechnology from Northwestern University.
Mary Ann Brown
Executive Director, Conferences
After receiving her B.S. in biology and environmental sciences from Doane College, Mary Ann enjoyed a brief career as a lab technician before coming to CII. Since then, she has spent the last 24 years indulging her love of science, producing a diverse set of conferences and creating more than 300 covering topics such as genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, and batteries. Her passion for learning about new science and technologies has been a driving force in her life and she brings this enthusiasm to all her events.
Cindy Crowninshield
Executive Director, Bio-IT World Conference & Expo
Cindy Crowninshield, RDN, LDN, HHC, is Executive Event Director for the Bio-IT World Conference & Expo and a recognized expert in scientific program development, project leadership, and global event strategy. She has led Bio-IT for nearly 20 years and is co-founder of the Global Alliance for Open Science (GAFOS), formed at the 2025 Bio-IT World Conference to protect and advance public data infrastructure in life sciences. With over 30 years in conference production & event management, Cindy brings together researchers, business leaders, and innovators to share best practices and drive cross-industry transformation. She has created and delivered 400+ executive-level life science conferences attracting international audiences of 25 to 18,000 delegates. Using a journalist's lens, she builds strategic relationships with thought leaders to shape compelling content across AI, genomics, drug discovery, precision medicine, and digital health. Cindy also serves as Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Clinical Research and Leadership at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she teaches graduate-level nutrition and integrative medicine courses. She maintains a clinical nutrition practice specializing in functional medicine approaches for women 40+, bringing a unique interdisciplinary perspective to health innovation. She holds a BS in Business Management from Fitchburg State University, completed graduate nutrition science studies at Boston University, and was a founding member of Women in Bio - Greater Boston Chapter.
Marina Filshtinsky
Executive Director, Conferences
Co-Founder, ClinEco
Dr. Marina Filshtinsky brings a unique blend of medical training, strategic insight, and passion for education to her role as Executive Director at CII. She currently leads programming for the SCOPE series of events, with a focus on clinical research and the integration of AI and digital innovation in clinical development. With a strong interest in mentoring and professional growth, Marina takes pride in guiding junior producers. Her work integrates scientific rigor with business acumen, driving impactful programs that advance knowledge and connect leaders across the biopharmaceutical industry. Before joining CII, Marina served as Chief Editor of Medmir.com, World Medical Journal Reviews in Russian, an online secondary medical journal she co-founded with her husband, Dr. Alexander Filshtinsky. She also spent several years in market research within the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry at Boston Biomedical Consultants. Marina immigrated to the United States from Russia in 2001, where she alternated between practicing as a pediatric hospitalist and taking time away from medicine to raise her three children.
Mimi Langley
Executive Director, Life Sciences
Mimi brings over 25 years of experience producing industry-leading conferences across multiple continents. She joined CHI in 2013 producing biologics and bioprocessing programs and has since been an integral part of CHI's flagship events such as PEGS Boston, PEGS Europe, PepTalk, and the Bioprocessing Summit. She also spearheaded the early international expansions of PEGS to Shanghai and Seoul prior to COVID-19. Earlier in her career, Mimi produced Drug Discovery Technology (DDT) and Bioprocess International with IBC/Informa in the U.S. and Asia. Before relocating to the U.S., she was based in Singapore, where she developed and launched telecom events throughout Asia including Singapore, Japan, China, and India. Mimi holds a BA from National University of Singapore and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Micah Lieberman
Executive Director, Conferences
Over the course of 20 years, Micah has been a part of CII’s largest conferences, working on SCOPE Summit in the US and Europe, Bio-IT World, PEGS, PepTalk, and Molecular Medicine Tri-Conference. Brimming with energy, Micah’s primary focus is working with biopharmaceutical industry executives focused on driving innovation in clinical research and trial operations. He does this through his work on SCOPE Summit in the US and Europe, SCOPE 365 and ClinEco. Prior to CII, Micah was a conference producer at Barnett International/PAREXEL and worked in Public Health in California. Micah has lived and worked in Germany and Japan, as well as the US. Micah received his BA in Humanities from San Jose State University.

Craig joined CHI following the acquisition of Healthegy’s event portfolio of innovation summits. Craig is an experienced CEO with a successful track record working at the intersection of media, events and healthcare technology. Skilled in Business Strategy & Development, Relationship Management, Production & Programming, and Sales & Marketing
Craig Wohlers
General Manager, Cambridge EnerTech
Craig currently serves as the General Manager of Cambridge EnerTech with primary responsibilities for scientific conference organization and program development within energy market sectors with conferences based in the United States, Asia, Australia and Europe. Prior to that and since 2014, Craig served as Executive Director of Conferences for Cambridge Enertech. Previously to joining CII and forming Cambridge EnerTech, Craig was the Founder and President of the Knowledge Foundation, a scientific conference and publishing company until it was acquired by CII in 2014. Additionally, Craig was a Director at IBC USA (now Informa), and has previous experience in conference development, publishing and technical marketing.
