Manisha Bais is a Project Management Consultant at IPM, a leading project management consulting firm focused on planning and implementing strategic and critical projects in the life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, and industrial sectors. Since joining IPM in 2015, she has specialized in project management consulting and execution for IPM’s life science clients, leading projects in portfolio management, systems implementations, and organizational change management. While earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Manisha worked as a Neuroscience Research Associate, studying learning and memory in patients with amnesia. She then went on work at Thermo Fisher Scientific while earning her Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Manisha is also actively involved in the community, teaching chemistry and physics with the Kids & Chemistry and Citizen Schools volunteer programs.

Andrew Dolvig BS, Material Science University of Illinois

Andrew Dolvig is an Operations Director at IPM, a leading project management consulting firm focused on planning and implementing strategic and critical projects in the life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, and industrial sectors. He has more than 15 years of experience leading projects for Fortune 100 companies, start-up ventures, and the U.S. government. These projects have ranged from PMO establishment, portfolio and resource management, new product development, capital equipment installations, mergers & acquisitions, and software development. After earning his degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois, Andrew began his career at Motorola in Austin, Tex. He later worked at the FDA, where he helped establish project management fundamentals at the Office of New Animal Drug Evaluation (ONADE). He joined IPM in 2010. In his current position, Andrew focuses on assessing the PMO and PPM maturity of organizations across industries. He has supervised device and drug product launches at a global pharmaceutical company; driven integration work at a large regional hospital; overseen teams at a major consumer goods company in launching technology for new product development; and set up resource management systems to focus on achieving the most important projects for multiple clients. Andrew is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has presented at numerous conferences around the country on the topic of project portfolio management.
