CANscript is an innovative, ex vivo tumor micro-environment culture platform for interrogating MOA, efficacy and translatability of oncology compounds. Primary human tumor material from biopsy or resection, along with autologous plasma and PBMC’s are cultured under conditions that preserve proliferative state, morphology and viability. CANscript is used to explore single agent and combination drug treatment effects across a range of tumor types whereby tumors are supplied via Mitra Biotech’s extensive clinical network.
