Webinar Description:
MFI as a Stability Indication Method. Micro Flow Imaging (MFI) also called MDI, is an analytical tool for the evaluation of particles in solution, specifically at the sub-visible levels. This technique produces count and size distribution data
for particles within a range of 1 to 300 microns in diameter depending on instrument configuration. Liquid sample is passed through a flow cell as bright-field images are captured in successive frames and evaluated within the software.
Learning Objectives:
- Introduction to MFI technology
- Insight into a stability study design
- Impact of container and storage conditions on protein stability
