Webinar Description:
Nail Down Your Best Formulations Using Thermal Stability Screening. Your drug is worthless unless it is stable and in a good formulation. We’ll talk about the UNit, an instrument that ranks the biologic stability in a variety of ways. The
UNit uses intrinsic fluorescence and static light scattering to rank order proteins based on when they unfold and when they aggregate. The system uses extremely low sample volumes (9 µL) and can measure up to 48 samples simultaneously.
Quickly get your answers and move on with your best formulations or conditions. Discussions will include formulation design for mAbs, ADCs, VLPs and subunit vaccines.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how thermal stability ranking speeds up formulation development
- See the application of thermal stability ranking in multiple therapeutic areas
- Learn how one platform can be used multiple ways to characterize biologics
Speaker:
